The Science association hosted Science model competition on 04-01-2020 for B.Sc students. There were 43 teams with each team consists of 3 members had been participated actively. Mr Damodara , Mr Kishore kumar and Mrs Rathnavathi , Faculties of NMPUC, Sullia were the judges of the competition. Mrs Usha M P head of maths department and Science association was the convener.

1. Quiz competition
The Science association hosted quiz competition on 21-08-2019 at Botany laboratory for B.Sc students. I and II B.Sc students are Classified into 9 teams. Miss Shreya P V of III B.Sc was quiz master. The team CRYSTAL got first place in the competition. Mrs. Usha M P was the convener of this program.
An INTRA COLLEGE INTER-COLLEGE SCIENCE FEST

An INTRA COLLEGE- Inter Unit Science Fest programme was conducted by the science association on 19/01/2018 at Nehru memorial college sullia. The programme was inaugurated by Dr.K.Giridhara Gowda,Principal,Nehru Memorial college, Sullia.The members of science association and all the science students were participated in that programme. In this Programme every students from science departments participated in different events assigned to them.
The Chief guest of valedictory and Prize Distribution was Dr.LEELADHAR D.V. Administrative Officer,KVG AyurvedaMedical College & Hospital,Sullia. He has distributed the prizes for winners of the various events.
Venue: College auditorium.
An INTER-COLLEGE SCIENCE MODEL EXIBITION
A Science Model competition/Exibition programme was conducted by the science association on 10/02/2018 at Nehru memorial college sullia. The programme was inaugurated by Dr.K.Giridhara Gowda, Principal, Nehru Memorial College, Sullia. The members of science association and all the science students were participated in that programme. In this Programme every students from science departments participated with different models.
Venue: College science Laboratories.
The programme coordinator and all science faculties conducted this programme.

In this programme parents and teacher met together and shared the current year status of the science students in studies evaluated.All the science faculty of NMC college were present in this programme and shared their thoughts with the parents.Sathyaprakash D. coordinator of science wing given information of the college and current facilities of the college and how the students can use the department laboratories for studies.
A guest lecture programme was conducted by the science association on 13/08/2017 at Nehru memorial college sullia.The programme was inaugurated by Dr.Shridar K , Proff and HOD dept of Mathematics, KVG Engineering college sullia.The members of science association and all the science students were participated in that programme.In this guest lecturing occasion Dr. Shridar K given lecturing about the topic: “Development of science in recent years” for two and more hours. Acording to this programme all of the science students of NMC got clear idea about the science and also got knowledge what to do in their future.
